SUB-SLAB DRILLING
Soil Injection is done to make a barrier around a structure to prevent entry of subterranean termites using liquid termiticides which ensure complete coverage in the soil. Injection of this system in the soil creates a treated area that reduces the population of termites and envelops the structure with a long-term protection.
A borescope is a pest inspection tool, making pest detection faster and ... and treatment options to keep the pests in your home under control. A borescope can be used to see behind walls and hard to reach areas. Sometime it is inserted on electrical outlets to see whether termites have gained access thru the electrical conduit connections of the building.
Drilling hole(s) may be required to gain access to the area of an infestation to apply the product of choice. You may need to drill into the floor slab or drywall to apply the product to a wall void or directly into infested wood to direct treat the termite gallery. Depth of the drilled holes vary according to the thickness of the floor slab.
TERMITE BAITING SYSTEM
Termite baiting works by killing the workers in the termite colony. When the worker termites have been eliminated, the colony is starved of food and goes into a suppression phase or "decline". The reproductives, queens and soldiers die of starvation because they cannot feed themselves. When the queens and reproductives cannot eat because there are no workers to feed them, they die and the termite colony starves and is virtually eliminated.
FOAMING
In order to treat termites more effectively, we use a "foam generator". This is a machine that changes liquid termiticide into foam. The foam is injected through a hole that is drilled in the concrete slab. The foam spreads until it reaches the termite entryway. The best termiticide to use for foaming contains fipronil or imidacloprid which are non-repellants and kills termite thru a domino effect when foam expands inside their tunnels and galleries.
SOIL POISONING
Soil poisoning, also known as subterranean termite control, is one of the most crucial factors to consider when building a new structure. Termiticides are sprayed onto the footings, foundation walls and onto the slab area. A power sprayer is used to evenly disperse the termiticide solution on the surface of the soil. To prevent under dosing, the hose has a built in flow meter that measures the flow of the chemical product being sprayed.

Mosquitos

Mosquitoes are not only a nuisance, but they can harbor very serious diseases that affect millions world-wide. Beyond the nuisance factor, mosquitoes are carriers, or vectors, for some of humanity’s most deadly illnesses, and they are public enemy number one in the fight against global infectious disease. Mosquito-borne diseases cause millions of deaths worldwide every year with a disproportionate effect on children and the elderly in developing countries. There are more than 3,000 species of mosquitoes, but the members of three bear primary responsibility for the spread of human diseases. Anopheles mosquitoes are the only species known to carry malaria. They also transmit filariasis (also called elephantiasis) and encephalitis. Culex mosquitoes carry encephalitis, filariasis, and the West Nile virus. And Aedes mosquitoes, of which the voracious Asian tiger is a member, carry yellow fever, dengue, and encephalitis.
Cockroaches

Cockroaches are some of the most repulsive household pests. Cockroaches are winged insects found in nearly every part of the world. Although they are one of the most primitive living insects, they are very adaptable and highly successful. Some of the species have invaded human habitats and are considered pests since they can spread disease. Cockroaches are escape artists whose zigzag darting is done at what seems lightning speed. They can climb easily up vertical surfaces and have such flat bodies that they can hide in the tiniest of cracks and crevices. They have compound eyes (honeycomb-like light sensors) and antennae that are longer than their bodies, which they use to taste, smell, and feel. They even have a special organ in their mouths that allows them to taste something without actually eating it. Each of their six strong legs has three sets of "knees," all of which can sense vibrations and therefore serve as an early warning system. They also have little motion detectors on their rear end, which explains why they are so hard to catch and stomp. Although females mate only once in their lifetimes, they will stay fertilized all their lives and keep producing eggs without the help of a male cockroach.
Houseflies
The house fly, Musca domestica Linnaeus, is a well-known cosmopolitan pest of both farm and home. This species is always found in association with humans or the activities of humans. It is the most common species found on hog and poultry farms, horse stables and ranches. Not only are house flies a nuisance, but they can also transport disease-causing organisms. Excessive fly populations are not only an irritant to farm workers but, when there are nearby human habitations, a public health problem could occur.
Ants
Although ants are frustrating when they get into your home or when you’re having a picnic, ants do help the environment. They are social insects, which means they live in large colonies or groups. Depending on the species, ant colonies can consist of millions of ants. There are three kinds of ants in a colony: The queen, the female workers, and males. The queen and the males have wings, while the workers don’t have wings. The queen is the only ant that can lay eggs. The male ant’s job is to mate with future queen ants and they do not live very long afterwards. Once the queen grows to adulthood, she spends the rest of her life laying eggs! Depending on the species, a colony may have one queen or many queens.
Rats and Mice (rodents)
Mice and rats are both small furry rodents with long tails and beady eyes, which may be confused with each other by an amateur observer. They are completely different species with separate characteristics, however, and once you know the characteristics of each, you won't mix them up.
